How long does a wash take?
Our express tunnel wash takes approximately 3 minutes from start to finish. Simply drive in, stay in your vehicle, and drive out with a sparkling clean car. After the tunnel, you are welcome to use complimentary towels, vacuums, air dusters, and mat cleaners.
What amenities are available for use after the wash?

How does the daily wash club work?
The Daily Wash Club is our monthly membership program that lets you wash once per day, every day, at any of our 21 locations. Signing up is quick and easy at any location or online. Our plate reader technology identifies your car automatically when you pull up, so there's nothing to scan. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime. Most members find the membership pays for itself in just two washes per month.
Can I use my membership at any GATE Express location?
Absolutely! Your GATE Express Daily Wash Club membership works at all 21 of our locations across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Whether you're near home, at the office, or running errands across town, just pull into any GATE Express and enjoy your wash. Our plate reader system recognizes your vehicle automatically, so there's no card to scan or code to enter — just drive up and go.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the wash kiosk, we accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted for single wash purchases. For Daily Wash Club memberships, your monthly payment is automatically charged to the card on file. You can easily update your payment method, view billing history, or manage your membership anytime through your online member account at gateexpress.mywashaccount.com.

We offer four wash tiers to fit every need and budget. Single wash prices are: Platinum at $15, Diamond at $20, Ceramic Shield at $27, and Graphene at $30. Each tier builds on the one before it with additional protection and shine. If you wash regularly, our Daily Wash Club memberships offer tremendous value — starting at just $32.99/mo for Diamond, $37.99/mo for Ceramic Shield, or $41.99/mo for Graphene.
