All GATE Express Carwash Wash Club packages are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. GATE Express Carwash Wash Club members may wash their vehicle as often as once a day, every day of the month.
GATE Express Carwash Wash Club memberships will remain in effect until member gives a cancellation notice. To allow processing time, all changes to Wash Club memberships must be made at least 7 business days prior to recharge date. GATE Express Carwash Wash Club members can manage their plans online by visiting https://gateexpress.mywashaccount.com, or calling Customer Service 1-866-571-1982
No refunds or pro-rated refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations.
Either the Wash Club Member or GATE Express Carwash can cancel the plan at any time for any reason by notifying the other party.
The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment (anniversary) date, but occasionally the charge may process several days earlier or later. For example, if a monthly charge fails to process for any reason, GATE Express Carwash reserves the right to retry said monthly charge until such time as the monthly charge processes.
GATE Express Carwash reserves the right to terminate membership at any time that the charge is declined in the credit card processing system.
Circumstances such as equipment failure, maintenance, upgrades, power outages, inclement weather, and other events or holidays may affect availability of services. GATE Express Carwash reserves the right to close locations for any or all of the above.
GATE Express Carwash reserves the right to modify, cancel, or eliminate Wash Club plan(s) at any time. GATE Express Carwash does not offer free rewashes due to rain.
Monthly Wash Club rates may be increased with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
A Wash Club membership is NOT transferable from one vehicle to another. Additional vehicles can be added to a Wash Club Plan by visiting https://gateexpress.mywashaccount.com, and choosing Register or Login to your account.
Vehicle must meet GATE Express Carwash safety guidelines. Enrollment in our wash club does not guarantee that safety guidelines have been satisfied. See vehicle restrictions below.
GATE Express Carwash reserves the right to terminate Wash Club accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
Promotional offers on Wash Club memberships may be offered occasionally. These promotional offers are valid one time per account. If an account is re-enrolled at the promotional rate, it will not be guaranteed an additional period of promotional pricing. Regular rates will apply.

VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS:
The safety of our customers and team members is our top priority. In addition, we strive to protect your vehicle and our wash equipment. We safely wash thousands of vehicles daily, but there are some vehicles and features that we cannot wash, and certain vehicle features that we are not responsible for.
RESTRICTIONS
- Vehicles with height greater than 7’ 2”
- Vehicles wider than 86” from inside driver side tire to outside of passenger side tire
- Trucks with beds containing fuel tanks
- Trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of debris
- Vehicles with dual rear tires
- Vehicles with permanently affixed tripod style mirrors
- Vehicles with ladders/ladder racks
- Vehicles that sit 5” or lower to the ground
- Vehicles with rear-mounted racks, such as bike racks or mobility vehicle racks
- Vehicles with excessive mud
- Vehicles with flaking rust or perforated body panels
- Other vehicles at Site Leader’s discretion
OUR WASH IS VERY SAFE; HOWEVER, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Open or leaking windows
- Antennas that are not lowered or removed, including shark fin antennas
- Aftermarket Valve Stem Covers/Extensions
- Vehicle badging or emblems
- Wheel covers or center caps
- After-market accessories
- Magnetic decals or stickers
- Moon roofs, sunroofs, bug shields, window shields
- Vehicle molding
- Non-factory installed items including paint
- Collisions due to braking, steering, or driving in car wash tunnel
- Parts blown off by dryers
- Pre-existing damage and vehicles 5 years or older or 75,000 miles
- Paint, Clear coat & pin striping
- Electrical or mechanical issues
